Is good. I left out the chilies because I was already pushing it with the onion for the kids. I had to add more water for the noodles to cook (one dish method). It's kind of spaghetti-ish, which I'm sure the chilies would have fixed. Next time I may add salsa instead of onion and tell the kids to stuff it (their faces...)

This was good. I am adding it to my rotation of esy family meals. I used elbow macaroni noodles instead of shells. I also left out the green chillies (didnt want it to be too spicy for my 21 month old. I made mine the night before and stored in the frige. I popped in th eoven for 15 minutes then sprinkled with cheese and baked another 15. My 5 year old picky eater and the hubby liked it.

Excellant! I only used one dish like some other people said. Next time I will add some Fritos on top.

Have been making this for years. Kids love it - adults so-so. Fast, easy with ingredients typically on hand. A nice change to typical comfort food. Give it try!

This was okay. It was quick and easy, but for me it just wasn't over the top or something I would have to have again.

I thought this tasted pretty good, but it was much better to me before it was baked. It reminded me of a taco version of Midwestern style goulash, which also isn't baked. I used the top rated taco seasoning from on here and lean beef and reduced fat cheese. Cheese comes in 7oz blocks now, or about 1 1/2 cups, so I just went with that. I did not have green chilies in a can so I just subtituted 1/2 can of rotel. I thought it was kind of spicy/hot, but I believe that is from the taco seasoning recipe. It will definitely all get eaten, I just wished I wouldn't have baked it so the sauce was more juicy.

Made this last night. I thought it was missing something. Maybe add pepper/salt? Not sure but it was kind of blah. My family said they would eat it again but agreed that it was missing something. I also did the 1 pot method. Much easier.

I topped with a mixture of sour cream/cottage cheese (1cup) b/f topping with cheese and it really gave this dish a nice balance. We dipped with tortilla chips or crumbled on top and the added crunch was just what it needed.

This is so easy and delicious. Also easy to add your favorite taco toppings - jalepenos, etc. So good!

This recipe is a great twist to just making plain old tacos! I added some salsa and broken up taco shells or nachos to the top of it 10 minutes before the baking time was up and it made it over the top!
