This was VERY good. I 2 & 1/2 times the sauced and added about 1 1/2 pounds of cooked shrimp (all I had). I cooked the garlic and onion in olive oil (rather than vegetable oil) until tender. Then I put the cooked shrimp in just a couple of seconds before I added the sauce (just enough to slightly brown one side). That helped keep the shrimp from over cooking. I also used about 1t of fresh ginger (for 2 1/2 times the original recipe). This did have a good kick. I thought it was a bit too spicy BUT my husband and son loved the spicy kick. Next time I think I will add just a little less red pepper. They can always add more at the table. I might also try making this with chicken....

So good! We doubled the sauce because we added broccoli. We also left out the red pepper flakes completely. Don't be tempted to sub something like tomato paste for the ketchup - ketchup works great! will definitely be making again!

This was delicious. I added about 2 cups of broccoli and carrots. The recipe yielded 4 serivings but I only got a three small portions. Next time I will double it. The sauce was just the right amount, could maybe use for a little more if your a sauce lover. I used a little less crushed red pepper than the receipe called for and that was perfect. Warm, but not overpowering. Great recipe. Thanks!

Excellent sauce! Very healthy yet it's full of flavor! We added some chili paste to kick it up a bit. Next time we'll use less ketchup, it was a bit too sweet for us. I normally don't eat much shrimp, but this dish made me clean my plate!!

This was so easy, low-fat, and so good! I doubled the sauce recipe and served over brown rice. Was a great dinner after the gym without the guilt!

This was very good and easy. I used raw shrimp (1 pound) since they cook so fast. I doubled the sauce as everyone recommended and was glad I did. Served over steamed rice. This was enough for one generous serving each for my daughter and me. You will want to multiply the recipe if you are serving more than two people.

Great Recipe!!! Definitely triple the sauce and add some veggies, like broccoli and maybe some bamboo shoots. They spice was just right, enough to add some kick to it. This is a keeper, quick and good!

Can I give this 10 stars? This was so easy and is better than my takeout place. I always have the ingredients in my pantry. Give this a try you won't be disappointed (but do double the sauce..I couldn't get enough of it)

Thanks for sharing this recipe. The results were phenomenon and hit the spot. I used raw shrimp since cooked shrimp just turn out rubbery but the sauce was excellent.

Delicious--husband said definite keeper! I used 1 pound of raw shrimp and when I added it I also added a 10oz box of frozen broccoli spears I'd cooked and cut the stems off of. Also added 1 med yellow pepper chopped, with the garlic.

This recipe is quick and outstanding! I used fresh veggies - snow peas, baby squash & zucchini, sliced carrots - along with the spring onions and garlic. A great blend of flavors. Served this on top of a bed of bulgur wheat.

I have made stir-fry so many times but never was it this good. My husband and I were licking the plate. The sauce has now become my favorite. I will use sauce with what ever I stir-fry from now on. Thanks A+++++++++

The ingredients sound weird, but trust me, they work! I double the sauce part. I add the already cooked, deveined shrimps at the very end just to warm through. I also add steamed broccoli - my preference, but you could probably use any veggies. I serve with a fried rice from a packet. Quite tastey.

This recipe just gets it right! I doubled the sauce (except the red pepper-I knew 1/2 t. would be plenty for us) Added fresh broccoli and snow peas and used fresh ginger. Really Good. Much better than our local Take-out!

The taste of this is great, the texture ruined it for me, it's kind of 'goopy'. I think if I made it again I would use less corn starch.
