Very good and easy to make. I checked it with about 20 minutes to go and it did not seem like the stuffing on top was getting soft, so I stirred it around a bit at that point - with that adjustment, it turned out perfectly. Took it to a pot luck dinner and got a lot of compliments.

After reading all of the reviews, I layered this in my slow cooker (greased)in the following order. Diced raw chicken (I sprinkled with thyme and black pepper), swiss, 1/4 cup jack cheese, soup (Campbell's chicken and herbs) and wine mixture (wine used inst. of milk), then tossed a 1/2 c. melted butter with a bag of dry stove top stuffing and sprinkled it on top. I cooked it on low for 4 hours, and it was perfect. Mixed up a second one and my hubby cooked it in the breakroom at work from 8 to 12 for an employee lunch. Everyone loved it, too!! Thank you!!

Excellent! Love the taste and that it's so fast to throw in the oven. Thanks for sharing! A new "go to" dinner for us!

Very good. I would recommend mixing the butter and stuffing mix together then pour over chicken. Butter didn't go very far when just drizzled over top.

Although my family enjoyed this recipe, I was not as pleased. I tried cooking it in the crock pot. I put frozen chicken on the bottom of a sprayed crock pot and layered the recipe as directed. I cooked it on Low for 8 hours and although the chicken was perfectly done, the stuffing was overdone. Next time I would put in thawed chicken and cook it on low for 3-4 hours as someone else suggested, but working 9 hours a day at my job, that is hard to pull-off.

It was just okay for me. Hubby didn't really like it at all. The only problem we had with it was the chicken was too bland. It needs some kind of seasoning on it.

Delicious! Double the cheese and butterfly the chicken breast, stuff a piece of cheese inside the and then refold. Wonderful with fresh green beans on the side.

I made this almost exactly as it was written. The only changes I made were using Cream of Chicken & Mushroom and I added some mushrooms with the chicken and cheese. I had no problem at all with crunchy stuffing and the entire family loved it! My youngest daughter said she wanted to take some leftovers for her school lunch and when she was informed that she was eating the last of it, she said "You can just cook more of this tomorrow!" Great recipe!

This is awesome. When trying to save money by eating at home more, this recipe is perfect because you don't feel like you're missing out on anything. I used crushed cornflakes shaken in a plastic baggie with some melted butter instead of stuffing mix. Yum! I baked without cornflakes for 25 min. covered then removed the cover, added cornflakes, and baked for the remaining time. I also seasoned the chicken with onion powder, fresh garlic, and herb seasnoning. I added a dash of cayenne pepper, onion powder and herb seasoning to the crushed cornflakes. Soooo good!

WOW this is good! I've added it to my favorites file with a few revisions. I took the advice of a few other reviewers and added another can of soup. I've made this recipe several times and have mix up the varieties of soup used, and they've all been great. I also slathered on extra cheese because, I believe, the more the better! I also added a bit more milk because I wanted the sauce a little more "saucy" and a little less "casserole" (to pour over the noodles I served it with). I was amazed that the stuffing mix and the soup added enough flavor because I didnt add an extra seasoning ingredient and it was wonderful!!

This is pretty good. I hold on rating 5 stars unless a recipe really wows me, but in this case I actually wish I could rate it 4 1/2 - and the extra half star would be for the ease of preparing this recipe. The flavor is good. Unlike others, I had no trouble with the stuffing drying out. I have to wonder if those having that problem are not covering the dish properly. It seems as though the steam under the foil keeps the stuffing moist. The only changes I made was slight - I used extra milk with the soup mix just because we prefer things saucier. Also, I cut each chicken breast in three pieces, making it a little more like a casserole. In all, it's well worth the few minutes it takes to put together.

I made this for my family and it got rave reviews. Swiss cheese isn't my favorite so I think if I make it again I'll try mozzarella instead. The chicken comes out very moist and tender.

Very easy and good recipe. I like my food WELL-seasoned, so I seasoned both sides of the chicken with freshly ground black pepper, paprika, and a little salt. I also added pepper, paprika, garlic powder and dried herbs to the soup mixture. I didn't have swiss cheese on hand, so I used some slices of cheddar and monterey jack. It tasted great, but didn't look that appetizing, so next time I'll add some peas and carrots for color.

I really love this recipe, however I make it in a crock pot and cook slowly. Chicken stays tender and the stuffng is never dried out.
