Pretty tasty. I modified the recipe by using red peppers instead of onion, 3/4 C 2% milk with 1/4 C sour cream instead of half and half, and added 1/3 C chopped ham to the egg mixture. Rich and hearty.

My husband actually commented that he really liked this recipe - and he rarely says a thing. I used fat-free Half n Half to reduce the calories. Can also use low-fat Swiss cheese if you can find it. This one is a keeper!

This recipe was great. I had never made a quiche before & we had 4 hungry guys staying with us. For the pie crust I used a pate brisee which was in my freezer, leftover from something. I didn't have swiss, so I used a fiesta blend cheese instead. I cooked 1 pound of bacon & crumbled it into the eggs. The recipe turned out fantastic! The guys loved it & pretty much ate the whole thing.

Very easy, and very tasty. My 16 year old son enjoyed it and had seconds. I love the flavor of swiss cheese, and you can really taste it. I added a couple of crowns of broccoli (cut up).

I add bacon to this one, but I love it. I think the it call for to much onion though, so I use less.

My husband loved this! I did not have any because I made it just for him. I made two changes. The half and half was replaced by light soy milk, and I use part onion and part red pepper to replace the one onion. It took 45 minutes once I put in on 325 degree. That might have been I used soy milk instead of half and half. One thing I was really pleased with was that the crust did not burn. Unfortunately, in the past, I have had problems with that. This recipe is a keeper. I will make this again and again.

This was really easy and delicious! I'm not even that big of a quiche fan, and I loved it. I'll definitely make this again. I sprinkled some cracked pepper over the top, and next time I might add a dash of tabasco.
