Very good recipe. I used this recipe for mini quiches. I used 2 whole eggs, and the yolk of the third. I used about 3/4 cup of cream. It made about 36 mini quiche. I placed cheddar on the bottom, followed by the toppings, then the custard. I also made some just veggie ones and used a pinch of nutmeg, red pepper, and/or mushrooms very finely diced.
They are very good. They really puff up
