Ingredients

  • 1 (26 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
