I loved how quick & easy this was to make, added some cinnamon but next time will add a bit more. I used 2 cups of chopped apples and it worked out just fine.

Good alternative for those with dairy allergies. I wouldn't call it "pie"; it's more like cake. It's really, really sweet. Next time I will cut half the sugar!

Very easy. I used half and half sugar/brown sugar for a little more flavor. I'm not a fan of walnuts, so I subbed in almonds instead. No leftovers! Thanks!

I thought this was a fantastic recipe! My husband loved it and it was easy enough for my 10 year old to make. I think it would be awesome with pears too. Whipped up very quickly, and served with vanilla ice cream. Wouldn't change a thing. I normally like things spiced up a bit, but this was perfect just as written.

Very good apple pie; very easy to make too (this is my first pie ever, and I wanted to start with somthing simple). Very good served with vanilla ice cream!

Good "cake". I also added some spices to the batter. It was very close to my mom's apple cake recipe. I think if I made this one again, I would make more batter.

I thought this was exceptionally good and wonderfully easy and fast! I noticed right away that there was no spice and so, added a good bit of cinnamon and a tiny pinch of clove to my dry ingredients. We enjoyed it so much that I made another using some of my firm, yet very sweet persimmons in place of the apple. I have a tree and am always searching for new things to try with them. I will never bother with anything more complicated again, it was GREAT! I think you could use different fruits to enjoy this recipe.

This was extremely easy to make, but very bland and lacked any flavor. It was nice to turn out a desert so quickly, but I don't think this is one I'm going to save for a repeat performance.
