Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/8 cups powdered milk

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Heat ot boiling. Reduce heat and cook until thick about 15 to 20 minutes.
