Sweetened Condensed Milk

"This recipe was given to me by my aunt who used this to make key lime pies that were made using condensed milk."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 cup instant powdered milk
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine the powdered skim milk, sugar, water and butter. Blend until smooth; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
