This was delicious! My entire family loved it! My husband even said to put it on the list of things that we make for dinner. So, we will definetly make this again!

I LOVE recipes with few ingredients such as this, preferably that do not need a ton of washing, peeling, chopping etc :) It was absolutely delicious, didn't change a thing but I did cook it for a lot longer in order to get the pork tender and easily cut with a fork. Then I mixed the rice in the sauce. Yummy!

I doubled the sauce so I'd have plenty to eat with the meat. The sauce was very pleasant and this is a GREAT quick recipe with few dirty dishes. I would have liked a bit more of the tangy in the sauce - maybe next time I'll add a bit of vinegar or soy sauce. This recipe works well too for boneless butterfly pork chops...

This is a wonderful sauce. My husband loved it. Since I work all day, I cooked my chops in the crockpot with some potatoes and carrotts. When I came home all I had to do was cook the sauce and plate it up. Clean-up was so easy. I can not wait to try this on chicken. My husband wants to use it the next time he grills.

Very FAST and EASY to cook... just one pan! My husband and daughter loved it. I am very eager to try this sauce out on chicken as well. Wonder if this sauce would taste good on fried chops. This recipe is a definate keeper!

My pork chops were not tender. It could have been my cut...they were thick with bones. I think something might be wrong with the quantities as you only put in 1/4 cup beer with a little ketchup & brown sugar, and yet after 15 minutes you still need to simmer to reduce to 1/2 cup? Math...
