Great recipe! My picky husband approves! I doubled the recipe for 4 pork chops and there was plenty of sauce to serve over brown rice and broccoli. I also seasoned the pork chops with onion powder, garlic powder, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. I'll definitely make this again. Very fast and easy!

Followed directions to a tee. Chops were tough and sauce was ho-hum. Won't make again.

tried this sauce on boneless skinless chicken breasts with vegetables over rice and it was delicious. did not have beer and didn't want to use beef broth with chicken so i substituted white wine and water mixed. I used carrots, zucchini, onions, celery and bell peppers . Precooked the carrots a bit then sauteed all the veggies and set them aside when they were half done. then sauteed the chicken breasts and doubled the sauce ingredients. When the chicken was done I added the veggies back in and finished cooking them while the sauce reduced. Serve over rice or noodles and the meal is ready.

I definitely recommend doubling the sauce, but otherwise, this was really tasty. I slightly undercooked the pork chops and had to put them back on the stove for a bit, and they were still a little tough. That may have just been the cut I got though. Overall it was really good and the sauce was delicious!!

Pretty good. This was my first time cooking pork so I really didn't know what to expect. The meat was nice and moist. The sauce was pretty yummy. Sweet and Tangy, just like the title. I'd recommend trying this. Like others, I too doubled the sauce.

I loved the sauce I double the recipe so I had more, I used an Oktoberfest beer and it tasted great with it. Very simple and quick way to make pork chops. Thanks!
