Awesome- Made this for work and everyone wanted the recipe I did make a few changes. I originally doubled the whole recipe. But I thought it still had too much of a bbq taste. So I added probably another 1/4 cup lemon juice and a large dollop pineapple preserves. I also add extra soy sauce by continuing a slow pour as I was measuring. I did omit the ginger. Must add chunks of pineapple to the kabobs. It really adds that special touch. Last, I only marinated the shrimp and veggies about four hours. Next time I think I would prefer to do the shrimp longer but the veggies were perfect.

Huge hit. I used pineapple juice instead of preserves to keep the texture light. I also skewered fresh pineapple with them instead of the vegis and served them on small skewers as an appetizer.

Did it in a pan and did not marinate overnight.....You definitely need to marinate it overnight or you won't taste any flavor.

I really just found this bland, but the healthy aspect of the recipe is attractive. I guess I expected much more given the current rating.

i tried this recipe and my family loved it! i found out that i didn't have any barbecue sauce at the last minute so i just poured more of the pineapple preserves, about a 1/4 to 1/3 cup more. it came out really well in my mini-oven. i didn't have a grill so i just used a broiler pan. thanks for the recipe!

Wonderful flavor on shrimp and vegetables. I made this sauce for Mother's Day, and everybody loved the shrimp skewers. My husband took the leftovers and basted it on the chicken the next night - tasted great! It's a keeper.

Excellent barbeque shrimp recipe. Not really the sweet and sour I was expecting, but delicious none the less.

This was really good. I didn't have pineapple preserves so I substituted peach and thought it was really good, I wouldn't normally have pineapple preserves so I think I'll keep this recipe the way I made it. Thanks!
