Thank you Deborah! I loved this - simple AND tasty. I didn't marinate & could still taste the flavors. Most of the time, I don't plan ahead & am disappointed by never being able to taste the sauce. I also tried it with tuna steaks - great! - and am making chicken wings with it tonight! Love it! I always have these ingredients so double love it. And, yes, use hot chili sauce - I use Sriracha or the rooster sauce as most ppl call it.

These were pretty good! I followed the recipe (I used sweet chili sauce - like what you would use for Chinese sweet and sour chicken) and spicy mustard. I ended up adding a couple teaspoons of sugar to balance out the mustard I chose. Instead of using the broiler, I grilled the chops outside and chose chops that were an inch thick. Good flavor. My husband thought they were marinated. Turned out very juicy.

I'm not sure that I used the right kind of chili sauce. I used the canned chili sauce for hot dogs. Didn't really taste like sweet and sour so I'm sure I was wrong. Still tasted pretty good though. Everybody got seconds...
