This was excellent! I fried the pork chops then poured the sauce in the pan and let it simmer for about 8 mins. I also added fresh pineapple chunks and crushed garlic. I made it 2 nights in a row! I'm going to try this same idea with chicken wings this weekend. We can't get enough. Thanks for the unique recipe.

it was amazing but much too spicy. i am not a big fan of spicy food so i mellowed it down with some sweet and sour sauce we had left over from some chinese take out. that's why i'm giving it the four stars rather than five. i also cut the pork into strips before marinading it over night and stir fryed it. to give it a little color i chopped up some green onions too and added them as i stir fryed the pork. next time i'm adding about a cup of sweet and sour sauce and adding the green onions when they're almost cooked to perfection.

very light flavor...next time will use a thinner cut or try slicing it thin for stirfrying

Super easy to make and great flavor! Kids loved it too! I would suggest using hot chillie sauce if just cooking for adults.

I was blown away by the taste of these four simple ingredients! I sliced and stir-fried the pork because my broiler is iffy, and taking the advice of other reviewers, I cooked some rice to go with the dish. Amazing! This will be among my regulars from here on.

We really liked the flavor of these and were super easy to throw together. Mine did take a little longer to broil, probably a good 12-15 minutes till they were done.

Great recipe. The sauce was fantastic, plus it was a joke to make. Definitely serve with rice to soak up the extra sauce.

This recipe was ok, but if you are expecting sweet and sour, it doesn't taste like sweet and sour, more just spicey. I used chicken instead of pork and used sirachi chili sauce. I think I will try this again using sweet chili sauce instead. I do admit this recipe was easy and fast - it will do for a quick fix but I probably wouldn't serve it to company until I have tweaked it.

What a FANTASTIC recipe that seems to have not received nearly as much exposure as it deserves! I agree with Raquel, let's help this one out!! I cut this in half for just the 2 of us and for my chili sauce, I used Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (a must I think!). I also added a clove of minced garlic with the ingredients and sliced my pork into strips to stir fry. I really feel that cooking it this way with the sauce makes this recipe. My only complaint was that I did not cook some plain white rice to serve the pork/sauce over...but that's my fault! Next time (and there will be one) that is exactly how I plan to prepare this one! Super quick, super easy and DEELISH!!!!
