Made this last night for the first time and turned out wonderful, just delicious! I feel the need to mention that my husband is NOT a meatloaf person and he too enjoyed this! Per another reviewer's suggestion, I added about 1/4 cup of shredded sharp chedder cheese to the meatloaf. I also used a can of tomato sauce for meatloaf (just happened to have it on hand), and it addes a little extra flavor to both the meatloaf and the sauce. I used approximately 1/4 cup of white suger in the sauce just to cut down on the sugar a bit. Turned out great, will be a regular at our dinner table! I finally found a meatloaf my husband will eat - Thanks Jo!
