Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Directions

  1. In a blender or salad dressing shaker, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt, mustard, and celery seed. Blend or shake until emulsified.
