"Got this recipe from a roommate and have received countless compliments in dinner groups. When I'm cooking for dinner group (a lot of people), sometimes I use a 16-ounce bottle Italian dressing with an 18-ounce jar of apricot jam." — satoukum

skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Italian-style salad dressing (such as Wishbone®)
dried minced onion
1 (15 ounce) can
diced pineapple, drained
yellow onion, chopped
red bell pepper, chopped
This was such a great recipe! I nixed the dried onion and added a dash of red pepper flakes for a little heat. After browning the chicken a bit on the stove I threw everything together in my slow cooker and put it on high for about 3-4 hours. The chicken shredded up nicely which I thought made it easier to serve and eat! Great recipe that is super easy and makes for a quick, unique supper! Thanks!
