To avoid the carbs found in the bread crumbs, I used 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds instead. Delicious!

Very good! As a pregnant woman, this filled my craving! I would do a little less vinegar and a little more sugar for the sauce.

I'm rating low because i didn't follow the recipe as written. I instead followed chef4six's directions to the letter. My husband took one bite put his fork down and planted a big kiss on me. Served with rice and stirfryed vegetables, it was like eating takeout. VERY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect....I followed the idea in a review of some one here(Chef4Six) and made the sauce a bit different(did add the soy sauce though)...They turned out great...Served them with Cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and my brother said it was just like eating at TGI Friday's and he needs the recipe if he ever brings a girl home ;)

Delicious! I needed to quadrupel the amount of sauce!!!! I first breaded the chicken and sauted it in a bit of olive oil - then I cut it into strips (the strips come out more uniform when you cut it after it is sauted). Then I used 1 cup of ketchup, 1 cup of brown sugar and 4 tbsp. of vinegar and 1/2 cup of water. I boiled it till it was of a syrup consistency. Then I added 1 cup of sesame seeds, dipped all the chicken strips into the sauce and baked it uncovered for 15 minutes.

Made this for a little Friday night get together with friends. The chicken was fantastic but I wasn't feeling the sauce even though everyone else loved it. Will be making the chicken again but will play with the sauce.

I used the sweet and sour sauce part only as I had bought some Chicken Nuggets. This sauce was the worst ever - nothing sweet and sour about it. I had to use some bottled "sweet and sour" sauce I already had in the frig. Will never make this sauce again.

I thought the chicken was great! The sauce was ok. I served it over white rice and my kids just picked at it. When I gave them the chicken without the sauce, they gobbled it up. Would make again but maybe with another sauce.

I'm giving the chicken nuggets 5 stars, they are so good. I think this chicken would be great as a chicken strip also. I didn't use this recipe for the sweet and sour sauce because I wanted to try another that I had found.

The chicken turned out wonderful. I needed to add a bit more sugar to the sauce.. it was a little to much vinegar for my taste buds. I also added about 1tsp honey.
