I'm only reviewing the chicken itself, as I made sweet and sour sauce last week and was looking for a way to use up some of it. This is pretty easy, but time consuming, and not so healthy, so I'll save it for when I am desperately craving sweet and sour chicken. It does remind me of restaurant sweet and sour chicken, so now I know I don't have to order takeout for sweet and sour chicken anymore! One reviewer's comment about pancake batter helped me know when to turn the chicken pieces--looks like bubbles in pancake batter does, only I let it go a bit longer (until the sides were brown) bc it's chicken and I wanted to make sure it was cooked adequately.
