These turned out real good. I also left out the coconut, since I only wanted a chocolate peanut butter flavor today. I used 1 c crisped rice cereal instead of the cherrios and it worked out great, 2 c would have been too much. And since I was lazy, I just pressed the pb mixture into a greased 8x8 pan and poured the chocolate mixture on top. This hit the pb chocolate craving perfectly and best of all it is one of the few dairy free recipes I could find for something like this. I will make again!

REALLY good and SO easy! I lefted out the coconut, since we aren't big fans of it, and they turned out great, I put in 2.5 cups of cheerios since I didn't put in the coconut and they were so good!

These were delicious, however I decided to leave out the coconut, just because there was already so much sugary stuff in the ingredients. I'm not sure why it would be needed anyway; the pure splendor of the chocolate/peanut butter combination doesn't need to be muddled up with the flavor of coconut. Definitely refrigerate these for awhile before serving, so they're not mushy. Great recipe that I'll be making again!

this is a very simple easy recipe. the only thing i changed was to chill the cookies. they taste better when they are firm and not squishy.

Easy and actually, very good. It's like a giant, blobby peanut butter cup. Yum!
