These were good, but I think I'll stick to my other ham ball recipe that uses a pineapple sauce, but doesn't have the mustard tang.

Highly recommended recipe!!! We had an "appetizer dinner" for Christmas Eve and the Ham Balls were fabulous! We prepared many appetizers and had three adults for dinner so we cut the recipe down to 5 servings then at the last minute decided to cut that in half(to 2 1/2 servings). This was still a good sized appetizer. I did, however, still make the sauce for five servings. We made some minor ingredient changes... Bob Evans Hot Sausage instead of ground pork crushed saltine crackers instead of bread crumbs fresh pineaple instead of canned

Wow, I can't tell you how much my family loved ham balls! I was really suprised that they weren't too salty and were very moist. This was a very savory recipe. Ham balls were a winner in my home!

These were a major hit at a recent party. Our family has loved ham loaf for years, but this is the first time I've made ham balls. The recipes are similar. I omitted the onion, because though we love onion in most things, we never put it in ham loaf.
