Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat the inside of a baking dish with butter or butter substitute.
  2. Arrange pork chops in the prepared baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise over the tops of each pork chop with a spatula. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs over the mayonnaise. Drizzle honey over the bread crumbs. Season each chop with rosemary.
  3. Bake pork chops in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Tasty. The only thing that we didn't like was the layer of mayo just sort of sat there with the layer of breadcrumbs on top of it, and the honey globbed into a crispy bit of honey/breadcrumb bits, and everything sort of slid off almost every time you cut into it. We'll be doing some experimenting with this the next time we make it.

My boyfriend just told me we're never making pork chops another way again! We were a little skeptical of the ingredients, but everything worked so well together- plus it was so easy to prepare! YUM!!!

These were mosit and love the hint of sweet here and there while eating them. Super easy to make. Will do again. Everyone enjoyed them.

My husband has decreed that I can never use any other pork chop recipe but this one. Just go easy on the breadcrumbs.

Seemed weird at first with the mayo and honey, but actually turned out really great! My in-laws loved it! As well as my kids

This recipe has changed pork chops in our house for a life time, everybody in the house Loved them. My only change was I used garlic seasoned curtons (crushed of course) instead of the bread crumbs and it was AMAZING!!!
