This was excellent. I even made a mistake with the recipe and used brown sugar in the potatoes instead of white and it was still a big hit!

I made it for Christmas eve dinner. My mom loves sweet potato's and she just loved this!!! I had some left and brought them to work today and everyone here ate the rest! Now I will be bringing it for potlucks I think! :) Yummy it is definatley a keeper!!! The only thing I bought way to many potatos you only need 2 big ones or 3 small ones.

My family doesn't like pecans or coconut so I left this off the topping and it was quite sweet. The next day I added marshmallows & raisins on the top and they loved it! I'll use this recipe again.

I ran out of sweet potatoes and filled in with canned pumpkin. It was sweet and delicious with a surprising topping.

I made this for Thanksgiving this year because I wanted something different than the common sweet potato recipe with marshmellows. EVERYONE loved it and asked me for the recipe! This will be the way I fix my sweet potatoes from now on!
