Melted marshmallows top a creamy sweet potato filling in a sweet graham cracker crust. This pie can be prepared the night before the dinner without the marshmallows. Reheat the pie and melt the marshmallows on top just before serving!

Pecans are combined with brown sugar and butter to make a rich caramelized topping that's spooned onto the cooked pie before it's slipped under the broiler for a moment or two.

The delicious filling for this easy-to-make pie is nicely buttery and spicy. Boiled sweet potatoes, butter, sugar, salt, eggs, cinnamon and allspice are mashed and blended together, and then poured into a prepared pastry crust. An hour later, the pie is ready to serve with whipped cream.
