These are by far the best sweet potatoes I have ever had. I've made this every Thanksgiving for years & finally got around to reviewing it. This is like a delicious crustless pie. I've shared the recipe countless times. It's always a big hit. No changes needed! I boil the potatoes in their skins, until they're tender. Drain the potatoes & let cool a bit. Then you can slide the jackets right off & mash the potatoes. Don't buy canned potatoes! Start with fresh & you'll be much happier.
