Yummy, easy, and a family hit. This was perfect for my first Thanksgiving to prepare. I will definitely make again soon!

This was good, nothing exceptionally special, but easy to make with good flavor. I will probably try a new recipe next year, maybe something with a streusal topping.

Fantastic! Tastes just like the sweet potatoes at Boston Market, which I love! I used the streusel topping that MomsavedbyGrace suggested in her review. I also deleted the o.j. and added a splash of vanilla and a few pinches of nutmeg. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's a keeper.

The best sweet potatoes I've ever made; even my husband, who doesn't like s.p.'s liked them. I used fresh orange juice from half an orange, and didn't mash the potatoes (it's hard enough to keep them from being too heavy anyway, I thought the chunky texture would help out) but had them cut into 1/2 - 1" chunks, and added about 1/4 c cream to the brown sugar and butter sauce, and went light on the marshmellows. Very pleasant flavor, not heavy as some can be. This will be my go-to recipe from now on.

My family enjoyed this recipe and went back for seconds, however; my personal taste I would rather skip the orange juice and instead use crushed pineapple.

This is a great recipe. Last year, I made it as is, and got rave reviews. This year, I increased the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp, added 1/2 tsp vanilla, and added "a few pinches" of nutmeg. Delightful!!

When you add the "Streusel topping" suggested by Momsavedbygrace this is a 5 star recipe every time. This will be my second year making this recipe for the family holidays and it is always a hit.

A little brown sugar and cinnamon makes everything taste better :-) I cut out the butter and they still tasted great.

I did not care for the consistancy of this, but I did use a hand mixer to "blend" the mixture. If I had just mashed them slightly it would have possibly been better. This was way too sweet. All sweet potato casseroles will be sweet. The key is to get the ingredients, textures, and flavors to blend to a sweetness which compliment each other. This was not so. Sorry!

These were really delicious. The splash of OJ keeps them from being too sweet. My father-in-law is not a huge fan of sweet potatoes and he loved them. Will continue to use this recipe. Thanks!

This souffle was off tha hook! I will definitely make again ~ but will adjust the brown sugar and marshmallows. I think that it was a tad bit sweet...but it was a big hit at Thanksgiving :)

I'm newly married and wanted to contribute a dish to my family's Thanksgiving dinner. It was my first time making sweet potato casserole. What a HIT! There was nothing left in the container! I adjusted the OJ to taste as it says. I didn't put in as much as it stated. It was awesome! Very close to Boston Market's sweet potato casserole. Will definitely make this every Thanksgiving.

This was too sweet for me. Can easily be made without the addition of the brown sugar. Sweet potatoes are sweet enough. I like my potatoes to have a little more texture. I did like the orange and cinnamon addded to it and it was easy enough to make.
