This recipe is SO GOOD! I never really liked sweet potatoes until my mother started using this recipe. Now someone makes this dish for every holiday meal. The only thing we change is sometimes adding in a small can of crushed pineapple (drained) for a little extra flavor.

I have tried a couple of the other sweet potato recipes on this site, but this was by far the easiest, least time consuming, and most delicious recipe of all. Everyone raved over this. The only modification I would make next time is to double the topping.

I made this for my husband's xmas party and it got rave reviews. The first time i made it it was a little sweet, so when i made it for the party i used less sugar in the potato mix.

I was trying so hard to find the recipe to this just the way my aunt made it. When I looked at the ingredients I said to myself "This sounds like it could be it". Sure enough it was. It was great!!
