like the other reviewer, I used pineapple instead of nectar. It was fantastic, though next time I make it, I may try to add a little clove or ginger. Both my boys and husband love this recipe.

This is really, really good ! I prepared it for our Thanksgiving dinner. I know that people don't like reviewers making changes, but I toasted the pecans in the micro-wave for 1 minute before adding. Also substituted pineapple juice for the apricot nectar. Very delicious !
