This was excellent and so easy! I don't understand the less than perfect ratings on this one. My husband does not like sweet stuff, but even he liked them. I made these a couple weeks ago, but he asked me to make them again yesterday.

Yummy! I took advice of others and used cornstarch, still had to thin with more apple juice. (not a problem w/ 2 small children). I also added two very large cloves of garlic, chopped. Really easy and I thought very tasty.

I really enjoyed this recipe as well as my 3 year old. My husband however is not a fan of meat and fruti combinations. He ate it though and took some for lunch so he couldn't of have disliked it that much. I used cornstarch instead of the flour and milk to cut back on the calories a bit. Thickened right up and had no troubles with lumps.

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe! Like some others, I used cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce. This one will go in my recipe rotation!

My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. Although I did have to thin the gravy a bit with some more apple juice.

This recipe is awesome. My hubby can't wait for me to make it again. I did change the way I cooked the chops though: I covered the pan and cooked it on a very low flame for 20 minutes, turning the chops over once during cooking. They were tender and moist. I also used 1/3C milk with only 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch and the sauce thickened up nicely, without any lumps! Thanks for a great recipe!

I used 1 tablespoon of cornstarch & 2 tablespoons of water instead of the flour and milk - it thickened easily and the chops were SO tender my husband and I loved it!

I have used this recipe many times, with perfect results each time. I omitted the mustard, though, as my family doesn't care for mustard. These pork chops are wonderful served over rice!

Wonderful flavor. The gravy was WAY too thick. I ended up not being able to get all of the lumps of flour out, even adding more mil and apple juice. Overall, fantastic tasting, but would add only about a tablespoon of flour instead of the 1/3 cup the recipe called for. Chops were not dry at all, very tender.

I usually have trouble with my chops being dry, but not this time. They were tender & moist, with a great flavor. I thinned out the "gravy" a bit with more apple juice, and was very happy with the results. A definite keeper!

These were very different and delicious. My husband thought they were excellent and I will definitely fix these again! I served them on top of noodles and had corn on the cob, plus Jan's fresh blueberry pie.

Very delicious! Took longer than 20 minutes to cook, though. I would use less flour for the gravy. It took about 3 times as much milk as called for. Overall some of the most yummy pork chops that I've ever tasted!!
