My Busia taught me this recipe. What more can I say? This is REAL, old fashioned polish sausage. Busia always said kneading the meat by hand made the sausage more tender than using a meat grinder.

Thinly sliced smoked sausage is quickly sauteed and then simmered with colorful bell peppers, fragrant onions and a touch of ready-made sweet and sour sauce. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and as much hot pepper sauce as your tongue can take.

This is a great Italian dish that doesn't require a lot of work. Sweet Italian sausage is cooked with onions and green and red bell pepper, and seasoned with Marsala wine and a pinch of oregano.

Easy, delicious and cheap kabobs that are quick and fun to prepare. Ideal for kids - big and small. Serve as part of a bbq or on a bed of couscous and raisins.

I came across this recipe one year while judging at our county fair. It's a hearty bread that's well suited for colder weather.

Red and yellow peppers are sauteed with mushrooms, zucchini and turkey kielbasa for a great tasting and colorful meal. This light and delicious recipe is my family's favorite! I hope it will be yours too!!

Sweet Kielbasa

My family makes this recipe all the time. It is so delicious. I recommend trying it with the pork kielbasa first because that's how we have always made it. I like to use turkey kielbasa now though because it is a bit healthier.

Kielbasa sausage is slowly simmered with a sauce that's not to sweet, not too sour.

These sweet, Filipino pork sausages take a little while to stuff, and then require 4 days to cure, but your effort will be well worth it. Fry this until golden brown, serve with eggs, and you are in breakfast heaven!
