Fantastic flavour, super juicy, me and my boyfriend loved them! Marinated for 8 hrs, and made a few additions...added 2 cloves of garlic to the marinade, as well as herbs de provenance and chili powder. Delicious!

Loved this because I didn't have to modify, it's super quick and easy, and got a "thumbs up" from all three boys! What more could a mom ask for!!!

These were delicious. I marinated them for about 12 hours. While grilling the chops I cooked the excess marinade at the boiling point for 5 min. to make a sauce. (You must always boil marinade for 5 min. for safety.) Then I served the sauce on the side. It was delicious.

These are very good! I, too was wondering what the outcome would be, it seemed like the chops would have a strong vinegar taste - not at all! The flavors are subdle (I marinated for about 12 hours), but all come together really nicely and give the pork good flavor. Yum!

these are super good. i used what i had on hand...i didnt have seasoning salt so i made my own out of the spices in my pantry. i ended up reading the recipe wrong and put in too much brown sugar..i took some out but i know there was still more than the recipe called for...still turned out awesome...and i only let it marinate for 2 hours (i was hungry lol)next time ide like to see the difference cider vinegar will make...and there will be a next time! the chops were soooo tender mmm mmm mmmmm!!

Fabulous! I did not marinate them over night but I basted with the marinade as I grilled them. I'm sure they would have been even better if I had soaked themover night. The only changes I made were based on what I had on hand. Dijon mustard and cider vinager.

GREAT marinade! I made it exactly as the recipe states but next time I may use dijon mustard or half dijon, half regular to give it a little kick. But it is fabulous as is.

My dad told me that you couldn't eat pork chops with out apple sauce and I proved him wrong with this recipe. It was excellent! Thank you! I did add some chili sauce for a little extra kick, it came out nicely! I baked my pork instead and that worked too !!

This marinade looks very disgusting but the flavor isn't too bad. I would probably make again. Thanks.

Kept meaning to try this out on myself and the wife, but never got around to it. Took a leap of faith and tried it out at a party at my house. Quadrupled the recipe and marinated about 20 center cut boneless chops overnight. The day of the party I cooked 20 plain center cut chops with just Montreal Steak Seasoning first. Then I put the mustard chops on next. Bottom line...mustard chops a big winner hands down. Will certainly make again.

Tasted alright. I did find the amount of red wine vinegar a bit scary. I did only add 1/4 cup in the end. It did the job of tenderizing the meat but the taste lingered even after cooking. Will reduce it further next time.

Good flavor - I only marinated for 2 hours, but the mustard and sweet flavor came through. Careful with chops on the grill - they tend to dry-out. These were pretty moist.

WOW!!! These came out delicious!! I only marinated for three hours on countertop and then used my over broiler (425 degrees, 10 min each side) Amazing how such a few ingredients can make such a tasty dish

Very easy and tasty. The mustard gives a nice zing but is not overwhelming. I made this for company last week and everyone seemed to like it very well.

This was delicious and so easy. I substituted the prepared mustard with honey mustard and used low fat mayonnaise. This recipe will definitely repeated in our house. Thanks DeAnn!

The family didn't like this much. Just kind of tasted like pork chops with a little yellow mustard on top.

This is a weird combination of ingredients, but the end result is quite tasty. I used boneless chops and they usually come out dry, but not this time! When I make these again, and my 9 and 10 year olds have already asked for them, I will make extra marinade for the kids for dipping...it's a great sauce!

Wow, Awesome, Delicious, these are some of the words my husband used closing his eyes eating the pork chops. I didn't change anything. The next day he tells me he wants them again because he closes his eyes and can't stop picturing them. A food that makes him happy which he is a very picky eater makes me even happier..
