Kept meaning to try this out on myself and the wife, but never got around to it. Took a leap of faith and tried it out at a party at my house. Quadrupled the recipe and marinated about 20 center cut boneless chops overnight. The day of the party I cooked 20 plain center cut chops with just Montreal Steak Seasoning first. Then I put the mustard chops on next. Bottom line...mustard chops a big winner hands down. Will certainly make again.

Tasted alright. I did find the amount of red wine vinegar a bit scary. I did only add 1/4 cup in the end. It did the job of tenderizing the meat but the taste lingered even after cooking. Will reduce it further next time.

Good flavor - I only marinated for 2 hours, but the mustard and sweet flavor came through. Careful with chops on the grill - they tend to dry-out. These were pretty moist.

WOW!!! These came out delicious!! I only marinated for three hours on countertop and then used my over broiler (425 degrees, 10 min each side) Amazing how such a few ingredients can make such a tasty dish

Very, very good pork chops. My husband forgot to baste them but they were still really good.

Very easy and tasty. The mustard gives a nice zing but is not overwhelming. I made this for company last week and everyone seemed to like it very well.

This was delicious and so easy. I substituted the prepared mustard with honey mustard and used low fat mayonnaise. This recipe will definitely repeated in our house. Thanks DeAnn!

The family didn't like this much. Just kind of tasted like pork chops with a little yellow mustard on top.

This is a weird combination of ingredients, but the end result is quite tasty. I used boneless chops and they usually come out dry, but not this time! When I make these again, and my 9 and 10 year olds have already asked for them, I will make extra marinade for the kids for dipping...it's a great sauce!

Wow, Awesome, Delicious, these are some of the words my husband used closing his eyes eating the pork chops. I didn't change anything. The next day he tells me he wants them again because he closes his eyes and can't stop picturing them. A food that makes him happy which he is a very picky eater makes me even happier..

I too am not one to try recipes that don't have a lot of feedback, but boy am I glad I did. This was truly an exceptional recipe. I really wondered when I saw the list of ingredients. I let it marinate for 24 hours and it was out of this world. Great recipe that I will use again and again. Thanks. I did not change a thing.

This is a WONDERFUL recipe. I used low fat mayo and balsamic vinegar instead but my oh my how yummy! My child ate a whole chop and that is a huge step for my 5 year old! A++++++++

I usually don't try recipes that don't have any ratings but this one sounded very intriguing. As it turns out, we have found a new family favorite! This is an excellent recipe - My husband was very suspicious when he saw the marinate but once he took a bit of the grilled meat, he was in love. The flavors are perfect with the pork! Thanks so much for this recipe, it will be a permanent part of our family meals from now on!
