This was very tasty, everyone loved it! My sauce didn't thicken well, I think I used too much butter. I turned on the broiler the last few minutes to give the chicken a brown color. Will definitely make again!

Great Easy Meal! I love that the ingredients are all things that I keep stocked in the pantry. I only needed 2 chicken breasts so I cut the sauce in half and there was still a lot. I'm not good about basting once the meat goes into the oven. With a 3 year old, I want to "set it and forget it", so my sauce didn't glaze very well. I still gave 5 stars because that was my own problem. Next time, I will only pour half the sauce over the meat, and put the rest in a sauce pan, to thicken. Then pour the sauce over the meat at the end. I served this with fresh green beans and squash-apple bake. A great Fall meal. Fast, easy and delicious! You can't ask for more. Next time, I'll try this with pork chops. Should be great!

It was good. The chicken was a little overcooked and I should have applied some of the advice of other cooks. Next time, I may use bread crumbs for the chicken and cook it about 30 minutes.

This recipe was good...mostly because it was tasty and easy. It wasn't anything spectacular but I appreciate the fact that it was so easy! I took the advice of some of the reviewers and only used about 1/2 the amount of butter, added corn starch, a few bread crumbs and a bit of garlic powder. We also ate it with rice (w/chicken stock for flavour), and I poured some sauce over the rice which was a mistake on my part. It was too sweet and the chicken and rice would have been good on its own.

This was pretty good! I needed a quick fix so I sauteed thin chicken breasts, then added honey, dijion mustard, and a little corn starch for thinkness. In a matter of minutes a had a delightful meal.

I made this with thighs. It turned out well, but I cut the butter waaaay down - one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of olive oil was more than enough. I also added some cayenne and a little bit of powdered ancho chili for flavour.

The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because it way too much butter. If you at least cut the butter in half and add some cayenne to kick it up a little, it is wonderful. I was in a hurry so I made it on the stovetop and it turned out just fine. My husband and I really liked this and will add to the regular rotation. Thanks for this super easy and delicious recipe!

YUM! Our family enjoyed this. I didn't add pepper, I let everyone put their own amount on after. I broiled the chicken at the very end of the cooking time and it put a real nice brown coating on, it was DELICIOUS!

Easy, good, did not require so many ingredients that I had to make an extra trip to the store. I just altered the recipe slightly by adding a few more spices like garlic and curry. Tasty and the whole family enjoyed this dish.

This was delicious! I used chicken breasts for me and my husband and legs for my kids. We all liked it. My husband and I thought it may be nice made as chicken medallions, then served with the sauce over rice. Also, if we are cooking for just the adults, we may add some hot pepper flakes as well. When I shared this with a friend, she said it would be good with salmon as well.

I made a few revisions but this was fantastic and GREAT as leftovers. The butter should definitely be cut in at least half, and I added a generous portion of curry powder which made it absolutely spectacular. I also used O'Charley's brand honey mustard instead of mixing my own honey and mustard. I baked chicken legs and boneless pork chops in a 9x13 with this poured over it and served with rice and steamed carrots. It was absolutely delicious.
