Sweet Kielbasa

"My family makes this recipe all the time. It is so delicious. I recommend trying it with the pork kielbasa first because that's how we have always made it. I like to use turkey kielbasa now though because it is a bit healthier."

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (13.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place the sliced kielbasa into a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce and pineapple chunks. Pour over the kielbasa and stir to coat.
  3. Bake for about 1 hour in the preheated oven or until sauce thickens.
