It was a very healthy and relaxing "snack" to have an hour after a large dinner. I added half a cup of blueberries as well. Overall it was pretty sweet but quite delicious, maybe I didnt add enough ice, but I didnt want to water it down too much. After I finished blending, I poured the servings, about 4 in all, and placed them in the freezer for a good half hour. Work great with a straw and decorative umbrella for the summer time.
