Sweet Club Sandwich

'I first tasted this delicious layered loaf at a potluck at work,' recalls Joanne Klopfestein from North Liberty, Indiana. This stacked sandwich seems fancy with its raspberry jam surprise, yet it's convenient because it can be assembled ahead of time and then warmed just before serving.

My mother-in-law made this salad for a shower she was hosting and shared the recipe with me. I've made it many times, and now I get asked for the recipe. Cooking has always been an enjoyable part of my life. Ever since I can remember, I loved to watch or help my mother in the kitchen. These days, my 3-year-old son likes to help me. Hopefully he'll grow up to enjoy cooking as much as I do.

The premium taste of these honey wheat rolls may be attributable to the dab of butter within. Let the bread machine do the heavy work before you shape and bake them.

A simple and easily adjusted broiled open face sandwich concoction. You can use beef, ham, turkey, chicken, etc. You can also adjust the veggies. Just make sure the cheese is always on top to pull it together. The combined flavors of the ingredients that I've listed blows my mind every time I make this. Eat with a knife and fork!
