Sweet Baked Apples

"Red apple slices baked in a caramel sauce with a hint of spice. Substitute cloves for cinnamon, if you like."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 3 large apples, cored and sliced with peel
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  2. Place sliced apples in shallow baking dish and cover with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, until just tender.
