My only problem was that, growing up Irish, my deifnition of a medium potato is something the size of a cantaloupe. Other than that I really enjoyed the ease of making it and the smooth flavoring.

MUM!! I new this was going to be good , the only thing i changed was omited the noddles and added more dumblings... Good job...
