Submitted by: Dale Bosserman
Small meatballs with a sour cream based sauce. Delicious over egg noodles, rice or just as an appetizer. A very flexible sauce, these ingredients can be modified to include whatever you have on hand in the kitchen.

These meatballs, baked in a well-seasoned sauce, are always on the menu for our family's informal Christmas Eve get-togethers. Leftovers-- if there are any-- are a cinch to reheat in a slow cooker.
