The potatoes were too mushy for my taste so after I mixed in all the ingredients, I baked it for another 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. I also topped it off with mozerella cheese, which was great!

i did use a little less butter since its really expensive right now. i added a couple shakes of butter buds seasoning and just eyeballed the milk.

I just made these tonight !!! Wonderful....the only thing I did was add 3 cloves of pressed garlic to the cooking water. Be sure and salt the cooking water (I added 2 tsp.). Other than that, I went right by the recipe and they were perfect! A real keeper!

A classic delicious dish! We used the food processor to do thin slices of potatoes instead of cubing them but otherwise followed this recipe to the letter and it turned out wonderfully! I paired this with the Traditional Osso Bucco and it picked up the flavors of that sauce very well.

these were amazing... hands down! I will never make mashed potatoes with anything besides red potatoes again! It really did take only 10 min. to cook the potatoes!!
