These are not as creamy as I would have liked. I had to add an extra 1/2c milk to make it the right consistency. They were ok as is but much better with the right gravy.

Don't you just LOVE not having to peel potatos? This recipe is yummy! Hubby bangs the table for these at least twice a week. For variation,i smash,peel and mince a couple cloves of garlic,then roast them in the oven a few minutes or saute them in a fry pan with a wee bit of extra virgin olive oil. Then simply mash into the potatos! Yum!!

These are very tasty. I used skim milk, low-fat butter and low-fat sour cream to try to make them a little healthier, and the flavor was still very good!

Simply amazing! I made these potatoes for a Christmas Eve dinner for my family. I took the advice of another review and slightly warmed the milk, sour cream, and butter before adding them to the potatoes. Just luke warm from the microwave. These potatoes were delicious!
