This was great! Very much like I am used to making. I use cream instead of milk and throw in garlic salt and a seasoning salt.

This is such a wonderful mashed potato!!!!! What I like about is very easy. Especially I don't even have to peel potatoes. Red potatoes skins are very thin and it did not even bother kids. I made this last week when we went camping(I made this in my camper)and everybody loved it! Thanks for this wonderful easy recipe!!!!!!

I love how easy this recipe was. I omit the butter and just use a little more sour cream. Also, using goat cheese worked well too. Delicious.

These potatoes were excellent. I could not locate my potato masher, so I used a hand mixer on the lowest speed until the potatoes were mashed but still a bit chunky. Excellent! They paired perfectly with the garlic parmesan chicken also on this site.

Loved them!! My husband is crazy about mashed potatoes and dosen't usually sway from the standard. He couldn't get enough. Didn't change a thing! Will make again!

Pretty yummy. I accidentally got the Yukon Gold potatoes instead of the red skins. I was making my first Christmas dinner for my boyfriend and myself, and wanted to impress him with my homemaking skills. Thanks for the recipe that made it easy to fool him!

These were pretty good. I also warmed up the ingredients to add with the potatoes and they stayed warm. I doubled the recipe and it turned out great. Maybe garlic would have helped, they were a little bland tasting. Will make again!
