Really good potatoes. I used Purple Majesty potatoes - the light purple color was a huge hit with the children! Good flavor, I added garlic powder with parsley, the sour cream, skipped the milk. Will make this one again.

YUM! Leaving the skins on definitely adds something to these taters!

This is how I always make my mashed potatoes amd it's always great. I love reading other's changes when they make a review, in fact I usually will incorporate one or two of them, if it sounds good to me. It's one of the joys of cooking!

These were awesome!.. I couldn't stop eating them. Hubby loved them too; I will make these a lot now that the cold season is coming. It's a nice change to have a creamy delicious mashed potato that doesn't need gravy! I added a dash of dill weed and some chives on top.

Simple comfort food! For some reason I started cooking this early and it was done way before the roast was ready. But it turned out sooo creamy that it reheated beautifully. Thanks sumbitter.

Perfect down to the amount of milk. Made wonderful creamy potatos. I never thought you could get red potatos as creamy as russets but these changed my mind.

Easy and quick as there is no potato peeling. Simple, "classic" recipe. These potatoes do not need to be peeled!

Great recipe! This is my go-to mashed potato recipe from now on. The only thing I changed was to add some seasonings to the pot while the potatoes boiled. I added garlic, onion powder, dried basil, salt and pepper. Super easy and super tasty recipe! Thank you!

Used the food processor to "mash" the potatoes and it was a little thin. Great taste though! Love the skins!

I've always wanted to make mashed red potatoes and thought it was going to be complicated. I searched and found these and they were so easy to do! And they taste wonderful! I think adding garlic would be good, too. :)

Easy and delicious. I peeled my potatoes, since we don't like potato skins and used less butter and more sour cream to cut calories somewhat. Both adults and kids loved this!

I bought the wrong size (too big) of red potatoes.. So I actually had to boil them for close to 30-40 mins total. Was delicious, but maybe not flavorful enough? Will keep this recipe and try a variation next time.

Awesome potatoes that everyone loved- even my picky eaters! The only thing I did extra was I boiled 2 cloves of garlic with the potatoes and mashed it all. Everything else was according to recipe. Oh, and I peeled potatoes b/c my kids wouldn't have eaten them w/skins on. Yummy!
