This is my favorite casserole! It features pork sausage, rice, chicken noodle soup mix and various vegetables. I grew up loving this and now I make it for my husband, who loves it as much as me if not more.

This recipe is so easy to make. Just cover with foil and bake! This is really nice to make before going to church or even put in a slow cooker before work. Yum!

Mayonnaise and soup stirred into cooked chicken breast and rice with a little onion/celery saute, then topped with slivered almonds and cereal crumbs. Fantastic casserole. This recipe was catered in for my sister's wedding. Everyone wanted the recipe, it is sooo good!
