This recipe makes very good jam. What I really liked was the color. It is the prettiest red I think I've ever seen. Don't forget the lemon juice though! I did and could definitely taste the tomato. Once I realized this and added the lemon juice, the tomato taste was gone. I made this for my daughter and she said it tastes great. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I really like using up garden tomatoes this way.
