Karen's Taco Pasta

Festive and spicy, this hearty entree combines cooked fettucini with ground meat, taco seasoning, shredded Cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper, garlic powder and black olives. Toss it all together and start the party!

There's no need to cook this scrumptious sauce of fresh tomatoes stirred with mozzarella cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Just let the heady mix steep for a few minutes, toss with warm pasta, and cool before serving.

Use cream sherry to enrich a tasty mix of tomatoes, garlic, basil, mint, olive oil and hot pepper flakes. After steeping for two hours, use some of the liquid to flavor hot pasta. Add Asiago and fontina cheese, then toss everything together.

This quick and satisfying dish is an easy compilation of sauteed ground beef and onions mixed with mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella and cooked mostaccoli. Bake it for a mere 20 minutes and serve!

Toss jumbo shells with melted butter, stuff them with a rich, spicy blend of cooked ground beef, cream cheese and chili powder, and bake with taco sauce. Bake again with Cheddar, Monterey Jack and tortilla chips, and serve with sour cream and onions.
