The flavor of this fudge was really good, but I had to keep it refrigerated afterwards constantly to keep it firm enough to cut into pieces...very gooey, but tasted good.

This recipe is AWESOME!! We live about 30 miles away from a store that serves outstanding fudge, and this recipe comes so close to the fudge they sell there.

I made this fudge purely out of morbid curiosity, lol. I was SO surprised at how good it tasted. You can NOT taste any trace of the cheese, it just tastes like really smooth, creamy fudge. Try it, you'll be surprised!
