OMG - This was the best! I used rib eye steaks and put the shrimp over the steak instead of inside. I also added a little montreal steak seasoning on the meat. Perfect --- served with brown rice and brocoli! The juice is delish.

Amazing!! I didn't put the shrimp inside the steak, but instead I cut slits into the finished steak and poured the shrimp & sauce on all at once.

The taste is Fantastic. Although next time I won't bother stuffing the steak with the cooked shrimp - I really didn't care to be putting the cooked shrimp inside a raw piece of meat. And for some reason it took longer to cook the steak with the shrimp inside. Next time I will double the sauce (it's SO tasty) with the shrimp; cook the steak and then assemble the dish with all the shrimp and sauce on top of the meat. I served this with rice. Great meal. I believe this will become a 5 star meal with my little change.

My husband made this for my birthday. It was the best steak I have ever had. Makes me not was steak in a restaurant again. We decided next time, we are going to do more of the sauce the shrimp is cooked in to top the steaks off. Delicious!!!

THIS WAS A DELICIOUS QUICK EASY MEAL I MADE FOR ANOTHER COUPLE TO JOIN US ONE EVENING. INSTEAD OF POURING LOTS OF BROTH ON WHEN DISHING.. DRIZZLE SOME HOLLANDAISE SAUCE ON TOP AS WELL. I EVEN PUT COOKED ASPARGUS ON TOP TOO! YUMMY!

The dish was good overall, but it really needs some extra seasoning on the meat maybe even some marinade (a lite soy sauce would work well). A definite keeper.
