These were very good, they have a Chex Mix flavor vibe to them.Yum!
I made this tonight, but it turned out over browned and way too salty! I baked the seeds (after soaking them in water for two hours) for 45 minutes, turning them after every 15 minutes, but they just got too dark. Next time, I will add only half the salt and will bake them for half the time.
These pumpkin seeds are delicious - loads of flavor! I didn't bother to soak and they turned out fine.
