Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, and Feta

Zucchini and yellow bell peppers are grilled ahead of time and combined with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese. I leave the Dijon dressing on the side and toss it at the picnic, just before serving.

Mustard and Veggie Pasta Salad

The basic Italian dressing in this salad is dressed up with balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, celery seeds and dried basil. Wonderful poured over the just-cooked pasta and all the julienne and chopped veggies. Serve chilled.
