We used mayo instead of milk. I read somewhere were this made eggs yummy. We were out of onions so we omitted them. Next time I will make with the onions maybe even caramelized onions. A++ Recipe!

I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but I made these for my boyfriend. They were super easy to make and he absolutely loved them. I used bacon bits to make it even easier.

Perfect for my low-carb diet. I didn't use any butter for the eggs, I just drained the majority of the bacon grease and cooked the eggs in that. I didn't add salt due to the salt content in the cheese and bacon. I even made these the night before and they were yummy this morning. Thanks for the recipe!
