Doubled the sauce but not the sausage. Easy and so delicious! Since I'm not a morning person I make this for dinner :)

I made this Christmas Eve and then warmed up for our annual Christmas morning breakfast. I think it was even better the next day. I scaled the recipe for 6, but left the sausage at 1 lb. Let me just say that this was a big hit and it's now going to be a permanent in my recipe box!

Simple and oh so tasty. I made it with veggie sausage and my husband made it the regular way, we both were very happy!

Turned out great! I have always thought this was hard to make but it was way easier than I thought. :) I used spicy pork sausage and added some extra milk because I like it a bit thinner. Thank you for this recipe that I will definitely make again.

I use a different brand of sausage and it's so delicious. Has become our summer campground favorite because it's so easy.

Very simple, very tasty! Following the recipe will yeild a great result. I added a little more flour and milk, to increase the gravy to sausage ratio and make it go a little further. Hard to mess this up.

This was REALLY good. The sausage I used must've been lean, cuz it didn't render much fat! I ended up adding a couple of tsp of margarine and added the flour right to the pan with the meat in it still as directed. Worked out GREAT! Make sure you add pepper and salt to taste. My only advice is if you DON'T like very meaty sausage gravy, then only use half the meat and patty up the rest. BUT, any fat you get (from the crumbled sausage AND the pattied sausage), add/leave it in the pan for the gravy and FLAVOR! I made this the night before (christmas eve) and reheated it in a pan Christmas morning. I just added a little milk to thin it as it warmed. I think making it over night allowed the sausage to meld more with the creamy part because it tasted even better in the morning! I made the Pillsbury frozen biscuits (they puff up so nice) and turkey sausage patties. It was a very hearty breakfast and held us over till Christmas dinner! Thanks for the easy and great recipe!

Very good & very easy for an un-expierenced cook! I only used 1/2 pound of sausage and kept everything else the same!

Honestly, I didn't taste anything outstanding about this recipe. It was pretty basic. Good, but not memorable. I felt like it needed more seasoning.
