Quick, easy and EXCELLENT! Very pleased because I used to have a terrible time getting the gravy right. Now with this there are no worries!

I really like this gravy. It's still good with about half this amount of meat. I turn off the heat a just before the gravy is thick enough. Then, by the time everything is on the table it's perfect.

I added about a cup of milk and used less sausage than called for and this was good. Nice and rich.

I gave this a 2 star because it's absolutely bland without the salt and pepper, all this recipe is is thickener, but once you stick in about 1 1/2 t. of salt and 1/4 of t. of black pepper it's pretty good, i made with the mayonnaise biscuit recipe on here and they are to die for!

This was definately 'the best'!!! I did however, only use half of the sausage and another half cup of milk. It was great! Thanks!

This was good stuff. It was my first time making any homemade gravy and it came out great. I didn't use the sausage mentioned in the recipe. Since we are short on money all I had was the great value sausage, so I was nervous that I had never made gravy or used the great value. But it came out great. My boyfriend couldn't believe it was great value, and the whole breakfast was wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe, and remember that sometimes off brands work just as good when you are pinching pennies!!

I always have problems with recipes thickening properly. Not so with this one, I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious!

This is so good! I did need a little extra milk. When this gravy thickens up, it REALLY thickens up.

My 11 year old daughter and I made this for breakfast this morning. Quick, easy and perfect! The only changes I made, and was forced to, was I used fresh sausage from the neighbor who recently butchered his own pig. There was not a single drop of grease in the pan so I used a little bacon grease. I also used an iron skillet, I think that makes everything taste better! We will be making this again and again.

This was some good gravy! So simple as well! I only used half the sausage rec. and thought it was the perfect amount. I think the whole thing would have been way to much.

Yes.. The best sausage gravy ever, as is! I have this once a month! I am now on a diet.. So, I had to tweak the recipe. I used reduced fat sausage and 2% milk. You can hardly tell the difference.

Idiot Proof! This is the BEST breakfast gravy recipe around. Only need 1/2 the sausage suggested for perfect gravy. For years I've been trying to master the right combination starting from sausage grease, adding flour, then milk, etc. By simply adding the flour to the Sausage there is no guessing, it just wokrs. So Simple! We now make this all the time.

Really REALLY good. Used store bought biscuits. First time I made it, I used the whole tube of sausage. Boyfriend said it was too much meat. Second time I made it, I used half the tube of meat and the same amount of other ingredients....Just right.

Very good. Can't get Bob Evans sausage near here, so used Jimmy Dean. Might add a little more milk next time, turned out a little too thick for me. It is so easy and taste's great. When you need a sausage gravy fix this is the one to use!
